Garlic Shrimp with Cucumber Noodles

* Garlic and Ginger can be modified according to your preferences.
100 grams shrimp
1/2 TBSP grated ginger
1 tsp grated garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp chicken broth
For noodles
1 cucumber
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp rice vinegar
salt to taste
1 tbsp chicken broth
1. Using a spiralizer, spiralize the cucumber
2. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add chicken broth, garlic for noodles and sautee until browned. Approx. 2 minutes
3. Add rice vinegar, cucumber noddles, and salt. Combine all ingredients  and cook until noodles are heated through. Set aside.
4. Heat another medium skillet over medium heat and add broth, garlic and ginger for shrimp. Sautee for 3 -5 minutes.
5. Add shrimp and salt. Cook until shrimp is pink.

6. In a plate, add noodles and top with shrimps. You can garnish with cilantro.
