“Pepperoni” Soup


  • 100 grams of veal/ground beef/bison (I prefer veal cutlets, but have used ground veal too)
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp organic tomato paste
  • Organic chicken broth to desired thickness
  • 5 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp paprika (smoked is awesome)
  • 1 tsp cayenne

Pepperoni Seasoning *makes enough for several servings depending on taste preference

  • 1 1/2 black peppercorns – before ground
  • 1 tsp anise seed – before ground
  • 1 tsp fennel seed – before ground
  • Grind in coffee grinder or use a mortor & pestule

Cook in a sauce pan your protein with tomato, tomato paste,broth and pepperoni seasoning. Let simmer, and add salt, paprika and cayenne.
