Lost 25 pounds!!

I was really impressed with the program and found it easy to follow. And, it makes sense. The book is extremely helpful and explanatory. My daughter and I started the same time and both lost a good amount. We even brought two more people into the program and they are both doing great.

AMAZING RESULTS

I was very skeptical of this program, because nothing else worked. I decided to try it along with my mom. I could not believe how fast the weight came off. I used to drink 6-8 cans of caffeine a day along with coffee and was able to stop. I went to parties and was able to stick to the food I brought and didn’t feel like I was missing out. The way the plan is divided and organized with recipes and sample menus makes it perfect. Down 19.6 and feeling AMAZING!!!!!

My Right-Size Project

I’ve carried more weight than is ideal for my frame most of my life. I’ve done some ‘yo yo dieting’, seasons of exercise and lots of just living with it. I found SlimMe1 about 5 years ago, and have learned to lose weight. I’m still learning to manage and keep a consistent and healthy weight… but I’m doing better. I eat healthier and truly find myself desiring healthy foods. I’ve learned to drink water and enjoy the way it quenched my thirst. I’m beginning to embrace the way I feel better with smaller portions. I just finished a fb round, am approaching my drivers license weight 😎.

So what has helped me? The YP10 program for sure. Leaning into my Faith and believing deep in my heart God created me to be a right size… I’m NOT sentenced to obesity. AND, not quitting… I start over every day, and am determined to not die fat.

I began this program the day before we left for vacation. It took will power but I knew if I could do it on vacation the rest would be easy. I’m down 20 pounds and so happy. I now rotate my foods which I didn’t do before. I’ve learned that portion control is important as well!

The program helped me focus on the food I was eating. It was a struggle at times because I wanted to eat a variety of other seasonal food, but I was able to continue because I knew it was for 30 days. I did walk for 30 to 60 min. a day, and that helped too. I lost about 12 pounds, and my goal was to lose 10 pounds. Now to work at maintenance!

YP10 first time results

This was my first time trying the YP10 mind and body changing system. I was skeptical that my mind would be changed on how I eat, but… WOW!! I am on the first day of maintenance and I have no desire to go out and get fast food. Which was my staple. I lost 27lbs from my original start weight! I have already ordered my drops for the second round! I am soooo glad that I started on this life changing journey!! Thank you for all of the support!

Stick to the plan and you will lose pounds and inches! There are plenty of foods to choose from and it is easy to do. I lost 22 pounds! You can do it too…it’s worth 30 days of your life!

I have extended the program now 33 days will start maintenance in days I have lost 45 LBS in the first 33 days I am hoping for 50 LBS total in 6 days remaining Followed the plan exactly never cheated once and not once did I feel hungry ever. I work a lot of 16 hour shifts and never felt hungry. First diet I have ever tried and I picked the right one my weight loss has been so noticeable by friends and coworkers. One has now started the program and at least 3 more are seriously considering starting.
